Order cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 14 days of placing the order. However, if your order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery, the cancellation request will not be entertained. In such cases, you may choose to reject the package at the time of delivery.
Customized or personalized jewellery items are non-cancellable and non-returnable due to their unique nature.
Returns for artificial jewellery can be requested within 5 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
Angel Care Medical Supplies does not accept cancellations or returns for perishable or non-returnable items. However, if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or differs significantly from what was ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after verification.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the product. Our team will review the issue and coordinate with the seller for appropriate action.
Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty should be referred to the respective brand’s service center for any warranty-related claims.
